Les Mudras font partis int\u00e9grante de la pratique du Yogi et elles ou ils, car les deux se disent, offrent un \u00e9ventail INFINI de possibilit\u00e9s et d&rsquo;exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est un outil pratique qui peut nous aider et aider nos proches, que l&rsquo;on soit bien portant ou alit\u00e9. Leur efficacit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est plus \u00e0 prouver ! Elles fonctionnent dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 physique. La plupart des maladies ou des dysfonctionnements dont nous pouvons \u00eatre touch\u00e9s, se voient am\u00e9lior\u00e9s en pratiquant ces gestes simples des mains !
